Mr. Cruz has more than 20 years as a technology consultant and senior manager in the information technology, manufacturing and telecommunications industries. His community interests have spanned a 15-year period where he currently serves as board member and former Chair of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), Central Zone.
